CLINIC POLICY

Please provide at least 48 hours of notice to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise this will result in a $25 fee.

If you are running late, please call or text and let us know +1 (778) 999-7038. Our scheduling is designed to book the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late appointments will have to be shortened or cancelled.

"No shows" will be required to pay for treatment in full before booking another treatment.
